Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully reviewed, quality-checked, and packed within 12 business days before dispatch. This ensures every item meets our standards before it reaches you.


Estimated Delivery Timeframes

United States
• Shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS or FedEx
• Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days after dispatch

International Orders
• Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days, depending on your location and proximity to our fulfillment centers

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also monitor your shipment anytime through our Track Your Order page.


Cancellations & Address Updates

If you need to cancel your order or update your shipping details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us. Please note that re-delivery may require an additional shipping fee.
